About me

HOLA! I'm Sara and since I was a child, I’ve been curious, energetic, and highly self-demanding. Sports always came naturally to me, but as a teenager, I fell into the trap of aesthetic pressure: I became obsessed with the mirror and developed a toxic relationship with food. After years of training in fitness and smart nutrition, I discovered that the key isn’t generic diets, but psychology and individualization. Real change begins in enjoying the process without obsession or guilt. My mission is to guide you to transform your body and perform at your best, finding the perfect balance between what your body needs and enjoying the journey.
