Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been curious, energetic, and highly self-demanding. Sports always came naturally to me and I loved them, but when I hit my teenage years, I fell into the trap of aesthetic pressure: I became obsessed with having a „flat stomach“ and developed a toxic relationship with food. At 21, real fitness entered my life, and a few years later, I discovered the true power of smart nutrition. I learned that food isn’t just about achieving the physique you want, but about feeling and functioning at your absolute best. The key lies in balance: giving your body exactly what it needs while fully enjoying the process.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter diets or generic workouts. I specialize in individualization (what works for you, not for anyone else) and, above all, the mental factor.

Yeah, I went through different phases too...!

Phase 1: Once upon a time, Sarita was a teenager!
I was in good physical shape and wasn’t unhappy with my body, but my genetic predisposition was low muscle fiber density. With a standard metabolism and little tendency to build muscle mass, my body composition appeared lacking in tone. Back then, without the stimulus of strength training, my physique perfectly reflected genetics that I hadn’t yet learned how to maximize.

Phase 2: Working out, but eating the wrong way
My twenties was a revelation about training: I realized I could reshape my body and managed to tone my lower body. But I was missing the other half of the equation: nutrition. By not tracking my macros or ensuring I was getting enough protein, I fell into a vicious cycle that lasted for years. When I was in a calorie surplus, I gained fat; when I was in a deficit, I lost muscle mass. That constant imbalance—trapped between excess fat and a lack of muscle—led me to continue a very frustrating and toxic relationship with food.

Phase 3: The Balance Between Training, Mindful Nutrition, and Inner Peace
Since turning 30, everything changed: I stopped fighting my body and started working with it. I learned to listen to what makes me feel good, nourish myself for real energy, and realize that true fitness is the perfect balance between a peaceful mind and daily self-care. Above all, I started enjoying the journey, eating what I truly want guilt-free while respecting my body. This is, hands down, my best phase yet... and that is exactly how I am achieving my ultimate results.
